Welcome to Liberty Snow Pros LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website and/or purchasing or requesting our snow plowing services, you ("client," "customer," or "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Provided:  We offer residential and/or commercial snow plowing, snow removal, and ice management services. Service details, including frequency, areas covered, and pricing, are outlined in individual contracts or agreed-upon service agreements.

 

2. Scheduling and Service Times:  Snow plowing services are typically performed after snow accumulation reaches a minimum of 2 inches. We do not guarantee specific times for service due to weather variability, route scheduling, and road conditions.

 

3. Client Responsibilities: 

•Ensure driveways, walkways, and areas to be plowed are free of obstructions (e.g., vehicles, trash bins).•Mark boundaries or sensitive areas (e.g., curbs, landscaping) to avoid accidental damage.

•Provide safe access to the property.

 

4. Weather and Conditions:  Service delays may occur due to extreme weather, traffic, or equipment failure. We are not liable for delays or conditions caused by acts of nature or events beyond our control.

 

5. Property Damage:  While we take care to avoid property damage, the client understands that snow and ice removal can involve risks.

We are not liable for:

•Damage to unmarked driveways, curbs, walkways, or landscaping.

•Damage due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., cracked pavement).

 

Please report any damage within 48 hours for review and inspection.

 

6. Payment Terms:  Payment is due according to the terms stated in your service agreement (e.g., per visit, monthly, or seasonal). Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

 

7. Cancellations and Refunds:  All sales are final. Services are non-refundable once initiated. Clients may cancel future services with 48 hours’ notice, but no refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress services.

 

8. Limitation of Liability:  We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or this website.

 

9. Changes to Terms:  We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
